In addition to our own developments, we work with landowners, organizations, and partners to support projects at various stages of the development process. Our role may include strategy, planning, design coordination, construction oversight, marketing, or delivery support — tailored to each project’s needs.
WINGROVE
Mixed-Use Residential & Commercial Development
Located in Departure Bay this exciting new project involves the construction of a three-storey mixed-use building featuring both residential and commercial space. The design includes 12 residential apartments on the second and third floors, paired with three commercial retail units (CRUs) at street level — creating an active, walkable interface with the community.
With a total building footprint of approximately 1,348 m² (including 925.9 m² of residential space and 422.33 m² of commercial space), the development supports vibrant neighbourhood living while contributing ground-floor commercial opportunities that enhance local amenity and street-level engagement.

GIBBONS
Mxed-Use Residential & Commercial Development
Located at 3096 Gibbins Road in North Cowichan, this mixed-use development introduces a thoughtfully designed three-storey building that integrates residential living with commercial and office space at street level.
The project is planned with ground-floor commercial and office uses to support local services and employment, while upper floors accommodate a collection of purpose-built rental apartments, creating a balanced, community-oriented development that responds to neighbourhood needs, amenity space, and modern building systems. Designed with long-term durability and efficiency in mind, the project incorporates contemporary construction standards and infrastructure, including EV-ready parking and rooftop solar photovoltaic arrays.
