Our construction team has reached a pivotal point, completing the pouring of the east section’s suspended slab and preparing the first floor for further development. Notably, window and patio door installations have begun, bringing us closer to realizing our vision of modern, comfortable living spaces.

February is set to be a landmark month with the topping-off celebration on the horizon, symbolizing our commitment and progress. The collaborative efforts of electricians, plumbers, and construction specialists are steering us toward the lockup stage, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.

We’re also excited to introduce ‘Little Red,’ our vibrant new dump truck, enhancing site efficiency and cleanliness. This addition underscores our dedication to maintaining an organized and efficient construction environment.
