We’re thrilled to share the latest progress updates on our ongoing construction projects, here’s what’s been happening:

At Lumina our dedicated crews have been making remarkable progress at Lumina these past weeks. We’re excited to announce that we will be standing walls for the fourth floor on the east side of the building this week. Additionally, we’re gearing up to begin installing siding on the west face of the building this week.

Inside, our skilled teams are hard at work installing plumbing, sprinkler systems, and the ERV system for the building. The shoring is also being removed from the parkade so that electrical work can commence smoothly. We’re delighted to report that we’re on schedule to top off the building before the end of March, marking a significant milestone in our project timeline.

Over at The Station, demolition on the first of our three lots is currently underway. The remaining two structures are patiently awaiting safe remediation of hazardous materials before they are also demolished. We’re eagerly looking forward to having the site cleared and our construction office set up by the end of March.
